37. Arranging the arrangement of proper distribution of employees and work: (1) When any employee is ordered to be relieved of work within the period specified in sub-rule (1) of rule 36, the head of the office concerned may be relieved of work from the employees of different levels of his office within the period specified in the same rule. Arrangements should be made for the removal.
(2) In case of having to act in a judicial or quasi-judicial body, in the process and format prescribed by law and in connection with the work of the office in front of other bodies or officials, correspondence should be drawn to the attention of the head of the division/branch of the concerned office except for urgent, urgent and confidential matters. In this way, the registration and invoice of the correspondence should be done by the concerned branch/department.
